They fit right onto the receiver’s dovetail with no need for an additional scope mounting base

This feature eliminates the need for alignment bars or lapping and the rings will not cant the reticle when torquing the screws. Maxima Fixed rings are a simplistic design for those who like to set it and forget it. While the Maxima Quick Detach rings offer the ability to remove the rifle scope from the rifle. After that is also guarantees to Return-to-Zero when the scope is reattached.

Above all, the Quick Detach Rings features the unique Warne indexable lever system. This allows the you to remove your scope from the rifle then re-attach it without the loss of zero. The location of the lever is indexed once the rings are attached to the bases.

Since each firearm manufacturer has their own proprietary mounting rail design. Therefore each ring model is machined to exacting tolerances for proper fit and function. Because of this, the Warne Tikka Rings are able to fit right onto the receiver’s dovetail without a mounting base.
