HABITAT AFRICA PAYMENT PLANS

  • Only applicable to Hunting Rifles, Shotguns, Handguns, Rifle Scopes and Sport Optics *
  • The Payment Plan is not applicable on any Special Order items or products that are on sale*
  • No interest or service fees are applicable for the duration of the Habitat Africa Payment Plan *
  • A minimum deposit of 25% of the purchase price is required*
  • 3 Months to pay the outstanding balance *

Payment Plans Terms and Conditions

  1. An invoice generated by Habitat Africa will be supplied to the client(buyer) confirming the item or items to be purchased on the Habitat Africa Payment Plan.
  2. All prices exclude shipping and courier costs to the address provided by the client.
  3. The client will be granted four months (including the month of the deposit) to pay the balance of the amount outstanding.
  4. Items where legal processes such as license applications are not applicable will only be released upon receipt of the last and final payment.
  5. All Firearm license application documentation will be issued upon receipt of the 25% of the total amount.
  6. Items purchased on the payment plan will not qualify for additional discounts.
  7. Items on sale or promotion may not be purchased on the payment plan, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  8. A 50% (fifty percent) deposit will be applicable on all items specifically ordered.
  9. The cancellation of the payment plan will only be accepted and agreed to, if done so in writing.
  10. A standard 15% cancellation fee will be applicable on all agreements, unless stated otherwise.
  11. Refunds on cancelled Habitat Africa Payment Plans will only be done by means of a voucher issued and no cash refund will be paid out.
  12. Vouchers will only be redeemable on the Habitat Africa e-commerce platform.
  13. In case of an unsuccessful firearm license application, a cash refund will only be done if the client has exhausted all possible means to obtain such license. *
  14. If the client chooses to cancel the firearm license application process for whatever reason, a standard 20% cancellation fee will be applicable.
  15. Habitat Africa reserve the right to withdraw the payment plan offering at any time from it’s e-commerce platform.
