Description

The UTG Recon 360 TL Bipod 7″ to 9″ feature a smooth 360° panning capability with the addition of 15° forward, rearward, left, and right tilt. Therefore, panning and tilting tension is adjustable by the end-user to fine-tune the desired amount of resistance and feedback required to pan and tilt the bipod.

Tension adjustment is made quick and easy with a centrally located throw lever at the base of the bipod mount. The throw lever is not only user friendly, but user serviceable and can be readjusted over time as the bipod wears in.

Suitable for different long gun applications, Recon 360 TL bipods are available in three different lockable and adjustable center-heights and are available in both M-LOK® and MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny mount configurations. Additionally, MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny mount models come included with a swivel stud mount adaptor, further increasing its compatible versatility right out-of-the-box.

UTG Recon 360 TL Bipod 7″ to 9″ Features

Fine-tune Adjustment

1. While holding the lever in place, use a T15 Torx wrench to remove the screw and lever cap
2. Pull the lever out and rotate the exposed hex nut clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease the amount of tension applied by the lever. Reinstall lever to test lever tension. We recommend adjusting until max tension is achieved when the lever points straight down
3. With max tension achieved, reinstall the lever with it pointing straight down. While using the T15 Torx wrench, reinstall the lever cap and screw. Recommended torque value is 15in-lbs

Versatile Panning & Tilting

Smooth 360° planning with additional 15° forward, rearward, left, and right tilt.

0°, 45°, and 90° Foldable Positions with Posi-lock

1. Press down and hold the Posi-lock release
2. Turn the bipod leg to the desired position, releasing the Posi-lock once done to lock the bipod leg into place
3. To position the legs to face rearward and away from the muzzle rotate the base along its panning axis 180 degrees

Lockable and Adjustable Center Height

1. Make sure the Locking Thumb Wheel is fully released by turning it counter-clockwise
2. Extend the bipod leg by pulling it out of the leg housing. Set it at any of the pre-cut extension notches. Tighten the Locking Thumb Wheel by turning it clockwise to lock the leg
3. To retract the bipod leg, loosen the Locking Thumb Wheel first. Press down the Leg Retraction Clamp before you push the extended leg upward into the housing
