Description

The JPW Auto Anneal Machine Gen3 is used exclusively to anneal and refurbish your Bottle Neck and Long Straight Wall cartridge cases for reloading. It will restore your case neck to the original condition and extend the life of your cartridge cases.

The uniformity of case neck tension will allow you to seat your bullets with less run out and more consistency in your reloads. The result is reduced reloading cost and improved accuracy. Cartridge Case Annealing Machine, much smaller and better designed!

• Complete Auto Anneal unit assembly
• Torch assembly
• 1 x Butane mix disposable bottle
• 2 x Allen keys
• 12V Power supply unit
• Roller adapter for small cases

Please Note:

When you anneal brass cases and drop it in water, there will be no difference from letting it cool down on its own. This is a scientific fact. Once the brass has reached the annealing temperature point, the molecular structure has been “reset” and will only work harden after the annealing process by shooting and re-sizing of the cases.

Assembly:

The Auto Anneal is already pre-assembled.
Attach the gas bottle (supplied) to the torch. Attach the torch to the torch holder on the right-hand side of the machine (when facing the machine). Lightly tighten the grub on the torch holder with the allen key (supplied).
