Description
The Berger FB Target 30 Cal .308 115gr Bullet is often used by competitive benchrest shooters. They seek the highest accuracy possible. In addition, Flat Base Target Rifle Bullets are often used out to mid-range distances of 300 yards or more. At these ranges, a boat tail is not applicable.
Above all, Berger Flat Base Target Rifle Bullets are match-grade quality and utilize a tangent ogive Rifle Bullet design. This makes these very easy to load, tune, and shoot. Highly accurate, the Flat Base Target uses J4 Precision Rifle Bullet jackets for construction. J4 Precision Jackets have a Total Indicated Runout (TIR) of +/- .0001. These jackets have extremely tight manufacturing tolerances.
The Berger FB Target 30 Cal 115 grain bullets deliver great results in barrels with minimum twist rate of 1:19″ or faster.
