Therefore, easily remove only the thinnest layer of peel, leaving behind the maximum possible volume of product to work with. The stainless steel blade is of a single-edge, pivoting construction. Next to the blade there is a little hole in the synthetic material (lateral remover) for removing undesired parts. And for maximum ease of use, the peeler is dishwasher safe. Therefore, even after working with it, nothing will slow you down.
