The robust 6-screw Vortex Tactical 30mm Extra-High Rings is perfect for mounting red-dot optics, magnifiers, and other accessories with 30mm tube diameters to your Picatinny rail. When using this ring to mount a conventional riflescope, we strongly recommend lapping the rings for a proper and secure fit for your optic. Provides absolute co-witness on an AR15 platforms.

This Vortex Tactical Ring positions the center of the riflescope tube at a height of 1.46 inches (37.0 mm) from the base.

Why you need a Torque Wrench

Using a torque wrench lets you tighten riflescope rings and bases to the manufactures’ exact specifications.

• Under-torqued riflescope rings let your optic slip, causing inconsistent accuracy.
• Over-torqued riflescope rings can dent or crush a riflescope’s outer tube, witch inhibit accurate turret tracking, the ability to maintain zero, and parallax adjustment.

Incorrect ring torque can affect you riflescope’s accuracy and cause damage to interior components.
