All True Utility products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship by True Brands for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period it will be replaced free of charge. Should the product be discontinued, it will be replaced with an item of equal value.
Above all, the warranty does not cover: water damage, improper handling, battery life, bulbs, flame consistency, colour clarity, colour finish, accidents or wear and tear.
