Description
For image capture the Pulsar Axion XQ30 Pro Thermal Imaging Monocular uses professional-grade thermal imaging sensor with 384×288 pixels resolution and less the 25 mK thermal sensitivity. This ensures low levels of noise while providing excellent image detail and high contrast.
It possesses 13.3° field of view which simplifies scanning and searching for hot objects. Wide field of view allows the observer to quickly spot all hot objects. Therefore, focusing on the most interesting ones, while simultaneously keeping all scene in view.
About the Pulsar Axion XQ30 Pro Thermal Imaging Monocular
The Axion has a compact pocket-sized design and fits perfectly into one’s hand. So, it is an ideal option for hunting and tourism. In addition, the symmetrical design of the unit in combination with top placement of buttons ensures comfort of left- and right-hand use.
The Axion XQ30 Pro is designed for constant, often hard use. A magnesium alloy housing is light and strong at the same time. The housing reliably protects the internal components of a thermal imaging device from shocks, drops, moisture, heat or cold. At the same time a metal housing effectively removes the heat from electronics, minimizes image noise and increases consistency of the device operation during long-term observation.
The Built-in video recorder is a great asset when it comes to filming or taking photos of once-in-a-lifetime experiences. One press of the REC button captures footage that can be shared easily with colleagues, friends and family. In addition, 16 GB of internal memory provide many hours of recorded video and tons of photos.
Three sensitivity amplification levels combined with new filtration algorithms and fine brightness and contrast adjustments. Above all, this increase the hunter’s chances for early detection of the animals under heavy weather and high humidity conditions. These settings provide optimized rendering of the target and background objects in the observation scene.

A choice of 8 colour palettes lets the user observe their field of view more effectively. Therefore, allowing them to optimize the unit for specific tasks as well as react to changing observation conditions. White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot are optimal for object detection, Rainbow and Ultramarine help increase chances for recognition & identification. Therefore, Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet are most suitable for long observation in the night.

Pulsar Axion XQ30 Pro Thermal Imaging Monocular Features
Stream Vision 2 app support for iOS and Android
The built-in Wi-Fi module connects the device with either Android or iOS smartphones using the Stream Vision 2 mobile application. This combination opens up a wide range of options: wireless device software updates, real-time image transmission to the mobile device screen, remote control digital functions and much more. Users registered in the application are provided with cloud storage space for photos and videos taken with the device.
Frost-resistant AMOLED Display
A high-contrast AMOLED display has an improved colour rendering, power saving and quick-response, providing sharp and smooth images observing even under frosty conditions.
Long-life removable battery
A quick-change APS3 rechargeable battery provides 8 hours of continuous operation of the thermal imaging device on a single charge. The battery is removed from a battery housing and replaced with a new one in seconds. The battery is charged in a special device or inside the device from a PC, household power system or power bank via USB. The same sources are used for external power supply of a thermal imaging device.
Fast charging with USB Type-C
The unit can be quickly charged with any charger supporting power delivery protocol via ordinary USB Type-C power cable.
Picture-in-Picture Function
Picture-in-picture displays a magnified image at the top-center 10% of the overall field of view for precise zooming on an object of interest.
IPX7 Waterproof rated
IPX7 waterproof-rated for protection from heavy rainfall, snow or other precipitation. So, the unit is designed to run flawlessly. Even after submersion in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
