Introducing the new Havalon Knives Talon Fish Knife Set featuring a Quik-Change II interchangeable cutlery system. The Talon is the first replaceable blade knife with this feature. Quik-Change II is an internal locking mechanism which allows users to seamlessly change blades without losing any cutting area. Its adaptable design allows it to fit any style of blade big or small with the press of a button. The 5-1/4” military grade polymer Talon handle also features a removable back panel for easy clean up after filleting or processing, and it comes with a rugged roll-pack to store a variety of blade styles and sizes. Blue nylon handle with orange rubber inlay. Internal locking mechanism which allows users to seamlessly change blades without losing any cutting area. With an infinite list of uses and possibilities, the Talon is the next evolution in cutlery.
