The CZ 600 AMERICAN in 308 Winchester is a modern, American-style bolt-action centerfire rifle that’s equipped with a beautifully crafted Turkish walnut stock with a fleur-de-lis on the grip. Available in a wide range of calibers, from 223 Rem. to 300 Win. Mag., it is ready to meet the needs of a wide range of hunters and sport shooters.
CZ 600 AMERICAN and 308 Winchester Combination
The CZ 600 AMERICAN chambered in the immortal 308 Winchester Caliber will be one of the best all round rifles. The .30 projectiles have proven itself from long range gong shoots to a great caliber for short to longer distance hunting. The range of bullets that seem to be the most popular is in the 130 to 195 grain range. The trajectories with a muzzle velocity around the 2400 to 2900 ft/s mark, makes this a useful rifle for hunting medium to larger bodied antelope like Kudu, Eland and Blue Wildebeest. The ability of the 308 Winchester Caliber to achieve good velocity with moderate recoil and still deliver knock down power on larger bodied animals, makes it a great choice for competition shooters and hunters alike.

CZ 600 AMERICAN in 308 Winchester Features
The beautifully crafted Turkish walnut stock in contoured for comfortable shooting with a mounted scope. The AERICAN is as comfortable to your eyes as it feels in your hands. It offer a 60-degree bolt lift to unlock and cock the action. The Steel receiver includes Remington 700 mounting interface for strong and reliable mounting of optics. The AMERICAN allows you to easily swap barrels, but it must be done by a qualified gunsmith. CZ’s cold hammer forged barrels are very reliable and this one features a capped 15X1 thread.
A detachable magazine on the underside with a release catch. The catch also slides to lock it in position for security if desired. It’s up to you whether to remove the magazine from your rifle, or lock it and load from the top of the receiver. CZ innovative single stage trigger mechanism with 4 levels of pull weight. Therefore making it possible for you to adjust without removing the receiver from the stock. Sub-MOA at 100m for three shot groups guaranteed. The AERICAN features controlled feeding and a original safety design improving operation.
